Escalating agent, Sandra called me a *** B**** as she was placing me on hold. I adamantly requested a refund for a shirt that fell apart, and was offered store credit after I returned the item.
I expressed that I had already made several recent purchases and just wanted back the $9 in the form of a refund. Sandra was too slow with the mute button and and called me out of my name after I never even used that kind of language or tone.
Sup. Helga more than resolved the issue but this was the last time for me!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Clothing quality customer service.
