The customer service by email service sucks! I made an order on 12/23/16 and received the order confirmation number right away but never received a shipping confirmation so sunday 01/01/17 I emailed customer service (from a different email from the one I used to place my order) asking if it had or when it would ship.
I got a response on 01/02/17 and it simply stated that the shipping info was sent to the email I placed the order with. I know what email address I used and it was never sent there. Even if it had been all they had to do was resend it or tell me when to expect it. Rude *** agent.
I felt like they were trying to insult my intelligence.
I called and got a cs agent that knows her job and told me when to expect it. From now on I'll call if I have an issue.
