I called customer service to try and find out the holiday return policy.Lady was not helpful

Or friendly she simply told

Me the holiday return policy was on the website which I could not find.

She couldn't answer my simple question and tell how many days the holiday return policy was.I don't plan on purchasing what I had planned on buying.

Had an Experience with Wet Seal?

Purchased 2 items for my daughter for Christmas in November.I Asked the person in charge about the 14 day refund on the receipt and that I would not know if there would be a problem until Christmas which would be after the 14 days.

I was told that there would not be a problem and I would get a refund after Christmas.

While the cloths did not fit and I went back today 12-27-2014 and was told they would only exchange which they are now calling a refund for the items.Funny that they do not know the definition of refund

Refund : pay back (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought.

I will never purchase anything from this store again and neither will any of my family or daughter friends
