I called customer service to try and find out the holiday return policy. Lady was not helpful

Or friendly she simply told

Me the holiday return policy was on the website which I could not find.

She couldn't answer my simple question and tell how many days the holiday return policy was. I don't plan on purchasing what I had planned on buying.

Purchased 2 items for my daughter for Christmas in November. I Asked the person in charge about the 14 day refund on the receipt and that I would not know if there would be a problem until Christmas which would be after the 14 days.

I was told that there would not be a problem and I would get a refund after Christmas.

While the cloths did not fit and I went back today 12-27-2014 and was told they would only exchange which they are now calling a refund for the items. Funny that they do not know the definition of refund

I will never purchase anything from this store again and neither will any of my family or daughter friends
