No response no product but was charged

First sign I shouldve not purchased anything from this new wet seal is there is no customer service number or direct contact information. I purchased ONE item on 8/20. My card was charged and no product was ever sent out. I will be disputing with my bank. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Before being sold was much much better.

Shoe return

I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service at Wet Seal. I have been shopping at the store for up to 12 years but only did so once in a blue moon because I always found the quality of their clothes to be complete *** however certain times are acceptable (socks, hair accessories and even some shoes considering they carry some known shoe brands that I am familiar with). Well my days shopping here are completely over. The shoes not only looked much cheaper and poorly made than they did online but were also about two sizes to large. They were marked an 8 (I am always a true 8) and the shoes were said to be "true to size" on the website (I always make sure to check these things first). I received the shoes and tried them on and they might as well have been a 9.5 or 10. I am quite familiar with the brand of the shoe because we carried it at the boutique I worked at for many years. I was always an 8 in this brand and never had any issues at all, particularly with sizing. This pair of shoes was obviously defective (maybe why they were on sale I don't know and of course no one over there will admit) and they gave me beyond a difficult time with returning the item. First, they wanted me to pay $12 for shipping to send the product back even though it was THEIR mistake. I refused and they ended up surprisingly covering the shipping. I went out of my way to package up the shoes and ship them out. This whole process took about a month because of the quality of the customer service/going back and forth in email. Weeks are going by and I am hearing nothing of the return. Finally I reach out to THEM and they tell me that they will not be refunding after all of this because of the "condition" of the shoe. First of all, had I not reached out they probably never would have gotten back to me based on their reliability through email from the start. They claimed that the soles of the shoes appeared to be slightly worn and that the shoe had a "foreign odor." I am reading their email to me laughing at all the trouble I went through and the nerve that they have to say I wore shoes that I did not. I was honest with them and told them about trying them on around the house and even leaving them outside to get rid of the funky smell I noticed when I unpackaged them. The shoe was ONLY tried on in my own home as I walked around the house trying to see if I could get away with wearing/keeping them. I could not because they were overly large. When they arrived, they also smelled a little funky but nothing that disgusted me and from prior experience I have experienced this before with Wet Seal and even some other random companies and figured it would be due to packaging, traveling, many things. I wash the clothing and go on with my life. In this case, I left the shoes outside on a beautiful day for a few hours to air them out and it seemed to help. AGAIN, I am trying to "better" the defective shoes that THEY sold me. I was extremely patient throughout all the waiting despite how annoying it was. It was only 25$ pair of shoes however, it is the principle of it all that truly urks me. Whoever I was speaking to actually continued to argue with me and ignoring the fact that the shoes were defective. She even eventually got rude because I was not backing down and was so appalled that a huge company would be making such a big deal over refunding at $25 dollar pair of shoes that shouldn't have even be sold in the first place. I will no longer be shopping at Wet Seal and have not heard a decent thing about the company in quite some time. I should have trusted that and not even bothered giving them business but as I said, I had been shopping there once in a while for years and the shoes were a cute bargain. I will be spreading the word to others although I don't know many people who still shop there. I predict that the company will fall sooner than later.

Stalling on a return

I bought a pair of shoes that don't fit. They didn't include a return slip in the package. They have no phone number. Each email I send requesting the label receives a response within 48 hours saying they are working on it with a smiley face. It's been over a week and I've gotten nowhere.

Okay so I bought a blue top from Wet Seal and it should have been shipped and they took the money out of my card which was a gift card and I don't know when it's going to be here and where it is and it says I haven't ordered anything but I didn't sign in to anything I just ordered it and then bought it and it said it bought it cuz my credit card said I bought it so could you possibly tell me where my blue top would be and when it will be arriving

DO NOT ORDER FROM WET SEAL

I ordered a few items and never got a shipping confirmation. Then i received a package one day and they sent me someone elses item... i tried to contact them but they keep replying with automated responses and no help so i basically lost my money.

It took some time and several emails, but I was eventually sent a refund for the unshipped item.

Placed an order and I was missing an item. They no longer have a phone number so all communication is via email and with a nameless employee "from Wetseal". I told "from Wetseal" of my problem and was told that there was nothing they could do, that the "warehouse" said the order was sent out fine. When I asked for the warehouse proof... I was met with "go to the post office", Which of course did nothing. I sent several emails following, hoping to speak with a supervisor and get a refund. No luck. No answer. Very impersonal and indifferent company. The products are all cheap and you get what you pay for. Dont order online. They are grossly incompetent. I Pretty much was scammed out of $20 -_-

I been trying to contact wet seals to the number they offer only to be answer by an automatic voice message estating no one is avaliable i submitted an order of more than $100 was charge .Wgen my order finally got here many of the items where missing and the ship summary estates items where sent .I got ripped off so unhappy with ths fraudulent company .What can i do?

Still waiting on a package that was confirmed to be shipped on feb 27.. Its now been 9 business days.. The Tracking number given in email does NOT work for any of the mail carriers. Had this issue before but now the business tanked and who am I supposed to contact if i never receive this????

i placed an order on 2/2, and got a shipping confirmation on 2/6. The tracking number that was sent to me is incorrect, i emailed customer service twice about the issue with no response. I called them and they basically gave me some *** answer saying "it's in transit but fedex is updating their teacking numbers" and they basically told me they couldn't do anything about it. asked if they can track it for me because i bought all my clothes specifically for a vacation that i am going on 2/10 and needed my package before i leave. well. let's just say their customer service sucks ***, and i won't be getting my package on time. i used to like wetseal, but now i'm glad they are going out of business.

Forgot to add... they could not track my package and the call center employees are pretty rude, basically telling me i was on my own and they can't help. i'm more pissed that no one emailed me back after two were sent.

The same thing is happening to me right now. They sent me an incorrect fedex # and won't do anything at all to help.

I have filed an appeal with paypal.

Hoping to be able to get my money back. The employees in the call center do nothing to help!!!

This is RIDICULOUS can't believe it takes this long for it to be processed it says sent to distribution which it has since I ordered!!! I see why they are going out of business.

The customer service by email service sucks! I made an order on 12/23/16 and received the order confirmation number right away but never received a shipping confirmation so sunday 01/01/17 I emailed customer service (from a different email from the one I used to place my order) asking if it had or when it would ship. I got a response on 01/02/17 and it simply stated that the shipping info was sent to the email I placed the order with. I know what email address I used and it was never sent there. Even if it had been all they had to do was resend it or tell me when to expect it. Rude *** agent. I felt like they were trying to insult my intelligence. I called and got a cs agent that knows her job and told me when to expect it. From now on I'll call if I have an issue.

I have made two seperare orders. This past Sunday and Monday. The Sunday order was a guaranteed two-day shipping. I recieced a shipping confirmation for that order on Tuesday, and the other order on Wednesday. It is Saturday and I was just told by FedEx that they haven't even recieced either package.
