I ordered some clothing from Wet Seal online. I was excited since the shopping was for a trip I am taking this weekend I waited for my delivery and after a long day at work I was excited to try on my clothes and pack.

Come to find out not one item was what I ordered! I was furious since I realized I had no time to shop since I relied on their shipment! I called this morning and the customer representative was rude and not once did she apologize for what happened! So I asked for a supervisor and she was just as rude!

All they offered was a refund or I could reorder the items that they had in stock which was only half the items.

So I asked for a refund which they will process after they receive the items that I have to buy a shipping bag for. I will never shop from them again.

Reason of review: Everything.

Monetary Loss: $108.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, Shipping, Wrong items.
