My daughter made a purchase at wet seal on 11/21/2016.The register froze after she slid her cards.
They called p.o.s and cancelled the transaction and re rang everything back up and had her swipe her card again and it was declined. She left the store without any merchandise . After getting home she was checking her balance on line and realized that not only the transaction proceed but their machine continued to run her card another 95 times!!! not kidding.
its not the worst part, she has been fighting for almost three weeks to get any money back and they have not issued her a check for the 95 overdraft fees, chrsitine in customer care stated the credit was issued( not sure who to because it is not in her account) so its not their problem anymore and they will mail the check for n.o.f fees sometime next week. wow what retail business makes a customer wait three weeks for money they are owed???? I have asked to speak to someone who can take care of this and always told no.
We asked that we go to the store and get a refund and are told no, we ask for a refund in a check form and are told no.not sure what to do next.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "charged for product not received" of wet seal customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $156. Wet Seal needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
